3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We currently ship products within the United States.
3.2. Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within three to five business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.
3.3. Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
If your item is damaged, please email BizzStarzz@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

4. Returns & Exchanges
4.1. Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
4.2. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items, digital downloads, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
4.3. Process: Email BizzStarzz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Limited Warranty
5.1. Our products are sold “as is.” We warrant that our products are free from material defects upon delivery.
5.2. This limited warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Unauthorized modifications to the product.
